    Command line sollte mindestens:

    7z a -t7z Files.7z -m0=lzma2 -mx=9 -aoa

    Beachten Sie, dass Sie bessere Komprimierung bei 1 oder 2 threads, nicht 8.
    Also, noch näher an Ihre GUI-Einstellungen (ms : solide, d : Wörterbuch Größe, mhe : verschlüsseln-header (Datei-Namen), p : Passwort)

    7z a -t7z -m0=lzma2 -mx=9 -aoa -mfb=64 -md=32m -ms=on -d=1024m -mhe -pSECRET

    Es ist schwer, das gleiche Ergebnis zu erhalten, aber dieses ist das beste was ich bisher erreichen: 

    7z a -t7z Files.7z -m0=BCJ2 -m1=LZMA2:d=1024m -aoa
