Abhängigkeiten.Abhängigkeit.version' für com.google.android:android:Glas fehlt

ich versuche zu laufen, eine einfache dummy-android-Projekt mit eclipse und auch ich bin versucht, maven.
amd habe ich folgte dem tutorial von der akzeptierten Antworten auf diese post

kann einer sagen, was sollte ich tun, um führen Sie diese einfache Projekt?

EDIT: als S. D answerd, klebte ich diese Zeilen in CMD und dass das problem gelöst :
