applicationHost.config-Fehler: kann Nicht schreiben der Konfigurations-Datei aufgrund unzureichender Berechtigungen mit freigegebene IIS-Konfiguration

Ich die Microsoft.Web.Administration.ServerManager Klasse zur Verwaltung einer Website in einem windows-Dienst.

Ich die Identitätswechsel verwenden, in meinem code mit einem admin-Benutzer, der Benutzer die Berechtigung zum ändern von meine applicationHost.config aber ich bekomme immer die folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich eine .CommitChanges();.
