Aufnahme des Bildes aus der Galerie & Kamera android

Erste, was ich weiß, das wiederholt Frage, aber ich habe keine problem in Aufnahme des Bildes aus der Galerie oder Kamera. Ich, erstellt am dummy-Projekt zu überprüfen, mein code hier ist es gut funktioniert
Aber wenn ich den gleichen code in mein Projekt & hier funktioniert es nicht, auch habe ich keinen Fehler
sobald ich Aktivität für das Ergebnis bekommen, gestrichen, aber noch kann ich sehen, Bilder aus der Galerie & ich kann capture-Bild von der Kamera.

Wenn ich Sie geprüft habe logcat fand ich folgende Warnung weiß nicht, warum es kommt & wie kann ich das beheben dieser Sache
