Der remote-server eine unerwartete Antwort zurückgegeben: (400) Bad Request beim streaming

Ich habe ein problem mit streaming. Wenn ich senden kleine Datei, wie txt 1kb ist alles ok, aber wenn ich größere Dateien wie 100 kb jpg oder 2gb psd bekomme ich:

The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400) Bad Request.

Ich bin mit windows 7, VS 2010 und .net 3.5 und WCF Service library

Verlor ich alle meine Wochenende und ich sehe immer noch diese Fehlermeldung :/Bitte hilft mir
