FAIL - Anwendung im Kontext Pfad /mycompany konnte nicht gestartet werden

ich bekomme diese Fehlermeldung, nachdem ich die bereitgestellt admin.war-Datei in den tomcat-manager.I cant Start der Website, von der manager auch..
