Fehler in web.config in asp.net Anwendung

Ich habe eine Anwendung, die in IIS 7. Aber jetzt möchte ich die Anwendung ausführen, um in visual studio 2013. Also öffne ich die Anwendung als webapplication. Aber jetzt bekomme ich Fehler in der web.config-Datei. Dies ist die webconfig Datei:

So dass es scheint, es ist etwas falsch. Aber ist es Reine web.config-Datei. Oder ist es etwas anderes, wie mabe die Konfiguration des Projekts selbst. Ich habe auch addes ein screenshot, wie das Projekt aussieht.
