Fehler Installation mit pip

Versuchen, ein Paket zu deinstallieren installiert mit pip, die ich deinstallieren einige und jetzt pip nicht funktionieren. Ich versuche zu installieren pandas:

[sudo] pip install pandas

- Und dies ist der Fehler:

Habe ich Linux Mint Mate 15. Wie kann ich dieses Problem beheben??
