Gemfile.lock enthält eine merge-Konflikten

Ich lief einfach git push origin master und habe diesen Fehler nach dem Versuch zu laufen rails s:

Your Gemfile.lock contains merge conflicts.
Run `git checkout HEAD -- Gemfile.lock` first to get a clean lock.

Weder git checkout HEAD --Gemfile.lock bundle, bundle install noch bundle update helfen um dieses Problem zu beheben. Weiß jemand, was zu tun ist um dies zu beheben?
