Hibernate - IllegalArgumentException aufgetreten getter-Aufruf einer Klasse

Ich zu sein scheinen immer diese Fehlermeldung und habe keine Ahnung, warum ich immer diese Fehlermeldung. Ich weiß gar nicht verstehen, warum Hibernate Bedürfnisse, die getter für die Benutzer-Klasse, weil es soll ja nicht zu tun alle Aktionen mit dieser Klasse direkt sowieso...
