Laravel Routen, die nicht gefunden, nachdem nginx isntall

Nachdem ich das geändert ICG nginx alle Strecken außer der index-Seite funktioniert nicht.

Laravel Config:

Was ich versucht habe:

/var/www/home# (home folder is laravel folder)
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data *


/var/www/home# 
sudo chown -R root:root *

auch ich habe versucht zu ändern

 try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$query_string;
 try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php$is_args$args;
 try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php;


php artisan cache:clear  

Meist Fragen in google habe ich gelesen, aber nichts was mir hilft.
