Maven findet keine Abhängigkeiten zur compile-Typ

Habe ich ein kleines experimentelles Projekt verwaltet von Maven. Es verwendet eine Bibliothek für PDF-Erstellung. Dies ist mein pom.xml:

Es hat nur eine Klasse:
