Oracle-hören Sie auf ändern der port für remote-verbindungen

Habe ich installiert, Oracle 11gR2, und ich bin jetzt versucht, den Zugriff auf die Datenbank von einem remote-system.

Meine Zuhörer.ora ist immer noch Standard:

./lsnrctl services gibt diese:

Ich bin nicht in der Lage, eine remote-Verbindung über den port 1521, aber die oben genannten port 47616 funktioniert. Ich würde nicht dagegen, mit einem anderen port als 1521, aber das problem ist, dass dieser port ändert sich bei jedem Neustart.

Was mache ich falsch?
