Primefaces theme Konfiguration

Ich studiere primefaces themes auf Primefaces-Benutzerhandbuch.

Wo soll ich es sagen? In der Webseite, Datei, die ich entwickeln?
Ich wählte die jar-Datei von Redmond Thema und ich importierte es in mein Eclipse Dynamic web Projekt, aber ich sehe keine Verbesserung.

Den Primefaces Beispiel habe ich am testen ist: https://www.primefaces.org/showcase/ui/data/datatable/basic.xhtml
