SMS Scheduler verwenden für sms zu einer bestimmten Zeit

Ich zum Beispiel die eingesparte Zeit 6:00 und 6:05 dann, wenn ich Begann meinen Dienst dann die Erste Nachricht um 6:00 Uhr gesendet wird und die Zweite nicht . Hier die Timer-Klasse funktioniert nicht richtig ich weiß nicht warum? Bitte helfen Sie mir.Manifest-Datei korrekt ist
