Spring und Spring security-Konfiguration zu helfen, können nicht finden, eine Bohne

Ich bekomme immer wieder die Ausnahme mit einer Meldung: "org.springframework.Bohnen.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No bean named 'userDetailsService' definiert", auch wenn die bean ist definiert als ein Dienst in der UserDetailsServiceImpl Klasse. Wie:

@Service(value="userDetailsService")
public class UserDetailsServiceImpl implements UserDetailsService{

Ich bin mit der neuesten Spring und Spring Security.

Ich bin nicht sicher, was ich falsch mache. Ich bin das einfügen der Konfiguration meines spring-xml-Dateien. Die spring-security.xml zeigt, dass er Bohnen aus der servlet-context.xml bei Verwendung der component-scan.
