tomcat8 IllegalArgumentException: Die wichtigste Ressource eingestellten [/var/lib/tomcat8/app1/ROOT] ist nicht gültig

Habe ich problem die Bereitstellung von zwei-Anwendung auf einem tomcat-8-Instanz. Ich habe app1 und app2. App2 bekommt als gedacht aber app1 nicht. Hier ist mein server.xml:

Der rest ist Protokoll app2 Booten ok. Ich habe bis Kontext, in /var/lib/tomcat8/app1/localhost/ROOT.xml was ist bloß:

Ich überprüft, Berechtigungen und Besitzer, aber es scheint richtig, zu wissen, dass es identisch ist mit einer app2, welche gut funktioniert. Ich kopierte ROOT.Krieg und überprüfte seine Prüfsumme, um sicherzustellen, dass es nicht beschädigt werden, auf den Weg. Ich überprüfte config-XML-Dateien mit xmllint für parsing-Fehler, aber es gab keine.
Ich denke, dass dies möglicherweise Konfiguration der Fehler auf meiner Seite, aber abgesehen von der Tatsache, dass app2 funktioniert ich habe bisher zwei apps auf einem tomcat8 Instanz und es funktionierte ok.
Kann mir jemand helfen?
