Unable to create file - EACCESS Permission Denied

Schreibe ich einen text in eine Datei, noch bevor auch das schreiben der Texte, bin ich nicht zum erstellen der Datei selbst.

File newxmlfile = new File(
                        Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory() + "new.xml");
                XmlSerializer serializer = Xml.newSerializer();
                try {
                    newxmlfile.createNewFile();
                } catch (Exception e) {
                    Log.e("IOException", "exception in createNewFile() method",
                            e);
                }

Erlaubnis ist fein.

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />

SD-Karte beschreibbar ist und auch montiert.

    Ihr code korrekt ist, müssen Sie nur fügen Sie eine zusätzliche / (oder File.separator) vor den Namen der Datei wie folgt:

    File newxmlfile = new File(
        Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory() + "/new.xml");
XmlSerializer serializer = Xml.newSerializer();
try {
    newxmlfile.createNewFile();
} catch (Exception e) {
    Log.e("IOException", "exception in createNewFile() method",
