ASP.net Server Error in '/' Application

Ich habe Nutzer stets diese Fehlermeldung bekommen Sie auf unserer homepage:

Kann ich nicht reproduzieren diesen Fehler Leben oder auf meinem dev-server. Jedoch, in meinem web.config-Datei, ich glaube ich habe den Fehler-code-setup korrekt:
