Es Wurde Kein Endpunkt Hören unter: http // Konnte Die Nachricht Akzeptiert in WCF

Ich versuche zu entwickeln, die eine webservice. In meiner Anwendung brauche ich eine Verbindung zu meinem webservice ohne jegliche Referenzierung, also ich benutze diesen code:

Aber in dieser Zeile channel.GetCategoryName(1) bekomme ich diesen Fehler :
