Jupyter notebook - OSError [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Habe ich gegoogelt und fand einige ähnliche Probleme hier, hier, und hier, ohne Erfolg.

Ich installiert Anaconda, immer noch das gleiche problem.

Jede Hilfe wird sehr geschätzt.

Wenn ich nicht dieses Problem lösen, wie kann ich komplett deinstallieren Sie alles mit Bezug zu jupyter und anaconda? Ich bin mit Ubuntu 16.04.

Sonst, gibt es irgendeine andere Möglichkeit, die ich öffnen kann ein python-notebook ohne jupyter? Vielleicht Spyder?
