Kann nicht instanziiert werden der Typ... ,was bedeutet es?

Habe ich dieses GUI, ich will laufen und wenn ich versuche, ein Objekt aus der Klasse, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung kann Nicht instanziiert die Art GUI. Also, was bedeutet es und wie kann ich das beheben?
