Nicht Finden können, das Symbol/die Variable Fehler

Ich bin versucht zu machen, ein chat-Programm (Basierend auf diese) , nutzt AES-Verschlüsselung, Daten zu senden, aber ich habe laufen in einige Probleme. Ich habe verschlüsselt die Nachrichten in Ordnung (ich halte...[Dies ist nur meine zweite Programm, so dass ich bin wirklich neu auf Java]), aber wenn ich versuche, die Nachricht zu entschlüsseln, wird das Programm nicht finden können, das symbol "Chiffre", die zuvor erstellt wurde.
