Sonarqube Webapp nicht starten

Ich bin am installieren SN5.5 mit PostgreSQL9.5 unter Windows. Ich bin leider schlagen Fehler "Webapp nicht starten".

Unten ist der komplette stack-trace. Ich denke ich habe den Fehler zuerst bei der Zeile "Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.sonar.server.- Plattform.PlatformServletContextListener"
