Wie man richtig konfigurieren xstartup-Datei für TightVNC mit Ubuntu VPS GNOME-Umgebung

Möchte ich Zugriff auf meine Ubuntu VPS 16.10 (Contabo) mit einer GNOME-Umgebung mit VNC, allerdings bin ich nach wie vor einige Probleme, die ich lösen konnte nicht so weit. Die Installation und Konfiguration der software lief ich die folgenden Befehle:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-desktop
sudo apt-get install tightvncserver xtightvncviewer tightvnc-java
sudo locale-gen de_DE.UTF-8
sudo apt-get install xfonts-75dpi
sudo apt-get install xfonts-100dpi

touch ~/.Xresources
vncpasswd

Datei ~/.vnc/xstartup zunächst die folgenden Zeilen enthält:

Wenn ich starten Sie den VNC-server mit vncserver -geometry 1920x1200 sieht alles gut aus laut log-Datei in ~/.vnc

Kann ich erfolgreich eine Verbindung von meinem Windows-PC via VNC und sehe ein graues Fenster.

Nun, was ist mir nicht klar, ist, was muss ich ändern in ~/.vnc/xstartup um Gnome laufen. Ich habe versucht, viele verschiedene Einstellungen.

E. g. wenn ich xstartup zu

Wenn ich anpassen ~/.vnc/xstartup nach UPDATE 2 von muktupavels Antwort auf meine log-Datei sieht wie folgt aus, wenn ich eine Verbindung via VNC:

Nun die Uhr etc. ist sichtbar auf der Oberseite. Aber der desktop ist immer noch Grau und die Rechte Maustaste funktioniert nicht.

Auch einige Anwendungen wie GNOME-Terminal starten nicht auf den ersten. Als ich versuchte, starten Sie Terminal mit xterm bekam ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Nach Ausführung der folgenden Befehle und einem Neustart der GNOME-Terminal und alle anderen Programme funktionieren:

sudo locale-gen

Hinzugefügt --debug parameter gnome-session cmd in ~/.vnc/xstartup. Nach dem starten von vncserver bekam ich folgende Nachricht in ~/.xsession-errors:
