Wie zu beheben getaddrinfo-Ausfall für python unter windows

Ich die firewall deaktiviert, begann die Eingabeaufforderung als Administrator, aber das ist so ziemlich alles was ich denken kann. nslookup funktioniert Prima, so sehe ich nicht, was falsch ist.
